Job Summary:The Al Cady Medical Center is seeking to strengthen its talented team with a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant with a valid Department of Health (DoH) license to join our premium, patient-focused dental clinic. The ideal candidate will support the dentists in delivering high-quality care, ensure smooth clinic operations, and provide a welcoming experience for patients.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Duties:<ul><li>Assist the dentist during routine and specialized dental procedures</li><li>Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas</li><li>Take and process dental X-rays as needed</li><li>Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed</li><li>Monitor and maintain dental equipment and supplies</li><li>Maintain inventory of dental supplies and reorder as needed</li></ul>Patient Care:<ul><li>Greet and prepare patients for treatment.</li><li>Provide chairside assistance and reassure patients throughout procedures.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid DoH license to practice as a Dental Assistant in Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a dental clinic setting.</li><li>Proficiency in dental radiography and sterilization techniques.</li><li>Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Experience with Dental Specialties (ortho, implants, etc. are a plus)</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Small, close-knit team with a focus on personalized patient care.</li><li>Calm and organized clinic setting.</li><li>Opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>DoH License (Required)</li></ul>
