The role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance with labor regulations, and effective communication between staff and management.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Prepare job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.</li><li>Facilitate orientation for new employees and ensure smooth integration.</li></ul>2. Employee Records &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain updated employee files, contracts, leaves, and HR documents.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor law requirements.</li><li>Update HR databases and systems regularly.</li></ul>3. Attendance &amp; Payroll Coordination<ul><li>Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and overtime records.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts department for accurate payroll processing.</li><li>Track staff schedules and ensure timely reporting.</li></ul>4. Employee Relations &amp; Support<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.</li><li>Support management in resolving conflicts and disciplinary matters.</li><li>Promote a positive and professional work environment.</li></ul>5. HR Policies &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and labor requirements.</li><li>Support external audits and documentation checks.</li></ul>6. Training &amp; Performance Support<ul><li>Coordinate training sessions, mandatory certifications, and evaluations.</li><li>Assist in performance appraisal documentation and tracking.</li><li>Support management in staff development initiatives.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of HR experience (healthcare/dental sector preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; HR software knowledge is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Confidentiality &amp; Professionalism</li><li>Communication &amp; Teamwork</li><li>Conflict Management</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Problem-solving &amp; Initiative</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
