The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in optimizing warehousing processes. They should also be dependable, organized, and have excellent time management skills.Job Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations</li><li>Evaluate and report on warehouse productivity</li><li>Coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials</li><li>Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels</li><li>Check orders, bills, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy</li><li>Keep records and prepare necessary documentation</li><li>Maintain safety standards and regulations</li><li>Perform daily inspections of warehouse grounds</li><li>Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers</li></ul>Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>Pharmaceutical Degree</li><li>5 years' experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management role</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management</li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to delegate tasks</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Problem-solving skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
