Job Description &ndash; Admin AssistantPosition: Admin Assistant Location: Abu Samra (Al Ain Farm), Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 9 hours per day + Overtime (as per company requirements) Weekly Off: 1 day per week Salary: NegotiableJob SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations at our Al Ain Farm. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and assist with office administration, documentation, and coordination with different departments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform daily administrative and clerical duties.</li><li>Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.</li><li>Prepare letters, reports, and other business correspondence.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communications.</li><li>Maintain employee records and administrative documents.</li><li>Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Farm Operations as required.</li><li>Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requests when needed.</li><li>Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, timesheets, and data entry.</li><li>Ensure proper filing and document control.</li><li>Support management with administrative tasks and special assignments.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.</li><li>Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure.</li><li>Immediate joiners will be given preference.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Company Employment Visa</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Company Accommodation</li><li>Overtime as per company policy</li><li>Annual Leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law</li></ul>Work LocationAbu Samra (Al Ain Farm), Abu Dhabi, UAEPreferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Well-organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Professional attitude with a positive work ethic.</li><li>Good problem-solving and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Flexible to work in a farm environment and coordinate with multiple departments.</li></ul>Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
