The ideal candidate will manage production, ensure product quality, coordinate with workers, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations in cutting, polishing, and finishing marble slabs and tiles.</li><li>Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.</li><li>Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.</li><li>Maintain machinery and equipment schedules; coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.</li><li>Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all times.</li><li>Prepare daily production and labor reports for management.</li><li>Manage inventory of materials, tools, and consumables.</li><li>Train and guide workers on machine operation and quality procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.</li></ul>Strong knowledge of cutting, polishing, and finishing machines (bridge cutters, CNC, edge polishers, etc.).Job Type: Full-time
