We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our specialty caf&eacute; team in Qatar!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage Social Media Accounts:</li><li>Respond to customer messages, comments, and queries across all platforms.</li><li>Maintain a friendly, engaging, and on-brand tone in all interactions.</li><li>Create Content Calendar:</li><li>Plan and schedule stories, reels, and posts.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand presence and seasonal content flow.</li><li>Grow Online Presence:</li><li>Monitor trends and engagement to optimize performance.</li><li>Suggest new ideas to boost visibility and interaction.</li><li>Event Planning &amp; Participation:</li><li>Research and plan participation in local events, markets, and festivals.</li><li>Coordinate logistics and collaborate with event organizers to showcase our caf&eacute;.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Based in Qatar and familiar with the local scene.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok &amp; content creation tools.</li><li>Excellent written English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.</li><li>Passion for specialty coffee and caf&eacute; culture is a bonus!</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
