Sales Executive - Building Material

Position: Civil Laboratory Technician Department: Quality Control / QA-QC Location: Site / LaboratoryKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform laboratory and field tests on construction materials including soil, aggregate, concrete,cement, etc.</li><li>Prepare and test concrete cubes, cylinders, slump tests, and maintain curing conditions.</li><li>Record, analyze, and report test results accurately as per standards (ASTM, AASHTO, BS, ISO).</li><li>Ensure calibration, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of lab equipment.</li><li>Collect samples from site and ensure they follow proper sampling procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for timely testing and reporting.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Diploma / DAE in Civil Engineering or relevant certification.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a construction materials testing laboratory (preferred).</li><li>Good understanding of ASTM/BS standards for material testing.</li><li>Ability to operate lab equipment and prepare accurate reports.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and record keeping.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Honest and disciplined</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Market competitive Salary with Company Maintained Car, Fuel Card Etc.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
