We are looking for a Sales Executive to support our business growth.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial FM contracts</li><li>Promote FM services such as maintenance, MEP, HVAC, Fire systems, soft services, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC)</li><li>Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and client meetings</li><li>Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders</li><li>Coordinate with operations and technical teams for pricing and scope clarification</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with property managers, owners, developers, and consultants</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and support company growth plans</li><li>Keep records of client interactions and market feedback</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of sales experience in related field</li><li>Ability to generate leads and close contracts</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)</li></ul>contact : +971509751098drop email to mail@alfalahemirates.comJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>sales in FM or maintenance services: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
