Partnership Manager / Business Development ManagerResponsibilities:<ul><li>Build and maintain partnerships with 5-star hotel concierges, luxury travel agencies, and DMCs.</li><li>Develop collaborations with luxury brands (automotive, watches, fashion, lifestyle).</li><li>Secure corporate events, VIP bookings, and private buyouts.</li><li>Maintain relationships with influencers, celebrities, and key social circles.</li><li>Deliver measurable business growth through partnerships.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years in business development within luxury hospitality, hotel, or nightlife.</li><li>Strong local network and proven success in partnerships.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic/Russian is a plus).</li></ul>Salary: AED 8,000 &ndash; 11,000 per month + commission (up to 8% on deals)Position: Marketing Manager (Dubai &ndash; High-End Shisha Lounge)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Focus on Dubai-based influencers and micro-KOLs: identify, negotiate, and build long-term collaborations to drive exposure and guest traffic.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop partnerships with nightlife promoters, hotel concierges, and VIP agencies to attract high-spending clientele.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns around DJ nights, themed parties, and luxury brand collaborations.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage external social media teams (video production, editing, posting) to ensure content aligns with a premium brand image.</li></ul><ul><li>Track performance of campaigns and partnerships, providing data reports on reach, engagement, guest visits, and ROI.</li></ul><ul><li>Support management in turning creative ideas into actionable projects with fast execution.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle marketing / influencer marketing.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong local network in Dubai (influencers, promoters, media, hotel channels).</li></ul><ul><li>Proven success in past campaigns (must provide examples of collaborations that generated traffic or exposure).</li></ul><ul><li>Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian is a strong plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on, execution-focused, and results-driven.</li></ul>Salary Range: AED 5000&ndash; 15,000/month + performance incentives (based on campaign results).Job Type: Full-timePay: AED22,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
