Position Title: Waitress in Arabic RestaurantEmployment Type: Full Time.Salary: Depending on experienceExperience: 2-3 years minimum in same positionJob Location: M44 , Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Responsibilities: &middot; Greeting customers in a friendly manner.&middot; Providing detailed information on menus.&middot; Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill&middot; Able to perform well in fast-paced environments.&middot; Take customer orders at the counter.&middot; Receive payments and present change to customers.&middot; Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.&middot; Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.&middot; Function as the hostess of the restaurant.&middot; Make reservations for customers.&middot; Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.&middot; Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.&middot; Be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.&middot; Other duties and responsibilities related to the position.Skills &amp; Job Requirements: &middot; Must have experience as a waitress cum cashier.&middot; Positive and friendly attitude.&middot; Have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role.&middot; Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system &amp; POS.&middot; Flexibility to work split shifts.&middot; Attentiveness and patience to the customers.&middot; Excellent presentation skills.&middot; Excellent grooming standards.&middot; Great time management skills.&middot; Exceptional listening and good communication skills.&middot; Well versed in the steps of service.&middot; Food and safety knowledge and certificate.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>WAITER: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>ENGLISH (Required)</li></ul>
