Position: Special Needs Teacher Assistant Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the planning and delivery of personalized education plans for students with special needs.</li><li>Provide one-on-one support and small group assistance in academic activities.</li><li>Help students with daily routines, including mobility and personal care when required.</li><li>Support classroom management and encourage positive behavior.</li><li>Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the students&rsquo; social and emotional development.</li><li>Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to monitor and track student progress.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student needs and achievements.</li><li>Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.</li><li>A relevant qualification in Special Education, Child Development, or a related field is an advantage.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children with special needs.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.</li><li>A commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all students.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
