Position SummaryThe HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the organization&rsquo;s human resources strategies, policies, and procedures. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, supports employee engagement, manages recruitment and onboarding, and partners with leadership to foster a productive and positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Staffing<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.</li><li>Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.</li><li>Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.</li></ul>2. Employee Relations<ul><li>Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.</li><li>Investigate and resolve workplace complaints in line with company policy and legal regulations.</li><li>Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.</li></ul>3. Performance Management<ul><li>Manage performance appraisal cycles, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.</li><li>Assist managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs).</li><li>Provide coaching to leaders on effective people management practices.</li></ul>4. HR Policies &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.</li></ul>5. Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Administer payroll, benefits programs, and leave management.</li><li>Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.</li><li>Support annual salary reviews and benefits enrollment.</li></ul>6. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs and implement development programs.</li><li>Support leadership development, employee skill-building, and compliance training.</li><li>Track training effectiveness and participation.</li></ul>7. HR Strategy &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Work with senior management to align HR initiatives with company goals.</li><li>Generate HR metrics and reports (turnover, hiring, employee engagement, etc.).</li><li>Lead or support organizational development initiatives.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree or HR certification preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;7+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li><li>Leadership and decision-making capability.</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Full-time role; hybrid or onsite depending on company policy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
