We are looking for a reliable Human Resource Specialist to join our team and to provide full administrative support to the Chairman and to all other departments. The successful candidate is responsible for managing all project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be focuses on ensuring all aspects of the temporary or permanent living facilities&mdash;from civil and structural work to basic utilities and finishes&mdash;adhere to established safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role is vital for providing a safe, functional, and compliant living environment for project personnel.Key Responsibilities&middot; Site Inspections: Conduct regular, detailed inspections of all construction activities related to the camp facilities, including foundational work, structural framing, roofing, interior finishes (painting, tiling, ceiling, etc.), and utility installations (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).&middot; Standards and Compliance: Ensure all construction practices and materials meet relevant building codes, local regulations, and project-specific specifications, which may include standards for hygiene and safety in camp environments.&middot; Material Verification: Inspect all incoming materials and equipment (e.g., building materials, accommodation units, kitchen/laundry equipment, electrical components) to verify they conform to approved submittals and quality standards.&middot; Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality records, daily inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action logs.
