Overview Of The Role
We are currently looking to recruit a UAE National Field Sales Executives to join our Global Aftersales Team in different locations within UAE.
<ul>
<li>You will be responsible for developing a ‘one window customer management’ approach for independent After Market (IAM) workshops in the region and manage such customers with a holistic Al Futtaim Group viewpoint.</li>
<li>You will also maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the business with responsibility for achieving the OEM and OES parts, tyres and batteries business objectives for the defined region as well as stakeholder management.</li>
</ul> 

What You Will Do
<ul>
<li>Manage the Trade Counter sales team and the IAM workshop relationship, understanding needs and requirements to anticipate potential and enhance stakeholders’ relationship by offering parts.</li>
<li>Work together with other Team Leaders in other regions, the KAM IW and other After Sales departments to provide the customers with a wide product and service offering of Al-Futtaim</li>
<li>Responsible to deliver product / solution to customer while working with Trade Counter team, and reinforce relations by bringing expert advice to discussions and support</li>
<li>Responsible to deliver parts, tyres and batteries volume, mix and margin by generating new business and expanding current existing business.</li>
<li>Responsible for the onboarding of new customers</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports, regular initiatives, and data to showcase progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assure Customer Complaints are handled properly.</li>
<li>Manage customer incentive schemes and pay out in cooperation with another department</li>
</ul>

<li>Sales discipline – Sales returns, Ensure availability of legal documents, etc., Competitor information and tracking</li>

Overview of the role:
This role is for a Data Analyst that is responsible for developing a standardized suite of business reports in the functional area of Collections across the entire Automotive organisation (UAE and Overseas).
In this role, the incumbent would manage and continually develop the reports on Credit Risk and Collections, target achievements and would assist in validating the incentives to be paid to the collectors. This would entail obtaining data from multiple geographies, reviewing the data obtained, identify, and rectify inaccuracies, preparing reports in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, Creation of dashboards in Power BI, Reports Visualization and Advanced Analytics models.

What you will do:

<li>Work independently on all phases of an analytics project, including formulation, research, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance.</li>
<li>Designing new means of communication of descriptive and predictive modelling results through data visualizations, dashboards, apps.</li>

To validate data between SAP, Fastrack and other planning information with BIW. This will include assisting in testing new information coming to Business Warehouse for the automotive business.

Overview of the role:
Highly organized and detail-oriented Product Information Manager to oversee the management of our product information and digital assets. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, consistent, and up-to-date product data is available for our ecommerce platform and other channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large datasets, implementing PIM and DAM systems, and leading teams of translators and copywriters.

Description of Accountability:

<li>Digital Asset Management: Manage the DAM system, ensuring efficient storage, organization, and retrieval of digital assets.</li>

<li>Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of translators and copywriters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.</li>

Overview of the role: The Marketing Communications Manager Volvo is responsible for overall brand development, brand performance and generating opportunities to do business (OTBs) for Volvo (New and pre-owned) and Aftersales in UAE. Team management of direct and indirect reports, Alignment of plans, activities, and budgets to create a Brand representation in the country. Working closely with the OEM, Al-Futtaim Regional companies and Marketing COE counterparts. What you will do:

Overview of the role:
The Assistant Marketing Manager will works closely with the 4 divisions of the Contracting business locally and regionally to manage and execute the marketing activities and events to drive profitable growth for Al-Futtaim Contracting. 

Key functional responsibilities include

<li>Supporting the delivery of innovative go-to-market tactics, digital presence, competitive analysis and marketing development initiatives.</li>

Responsible for:
Event Management:
Responsible for the preparation, implementation, delivery, and management of events team (external contractors &amp; Suppliers) for scheduled industry events, optimizing PR exposure and related advertising and promotion opportunity. 

Campaign Development and Execution:
Assisting in the creation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns in coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign succes. 

Brand Management
Ensure that the brand image, personality, equity and proposition is upheld to high standards. 

PR &amp; Comms Management
Co-ordination and preparation of annual communication plans, supervising timely briefing of campaigns and tactics that support the strategy. 

Digital &amp; Social
<ul>
<li>Manage all digital and social channels and ensure they are active and up to date, considering new technologies &amp; trends in coordination with Real Estate digital team.</li>
<li>Support digital marketing initiative including SEO, Email Marketing and build a brand presence</li>
</ul>

Content Creation and Management:
Assisting in the creation and management of marketing content, including blogs, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials that are all aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives and to maintain a consistent content calendar. 

Budget Management
Plan and manage marketing resources according to agreed budgets. Ensure cost efficiencies in budgets by constantly reviewing procurement of media buying, production and creative supplies with internal and external agencies. 

Reporting
Consistent and meaningful reporting metrics to distinguish important trends and inform future decisions/activities.
