Position Summary:The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service within the Boutique. He/She works closely with guests to provide outstanding customer care, assisting them in selecting the perfect products for their celebrations, and suggesting new and exciting options to enhance their experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting guest relationships that foster brand loyalty and profitability.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform all duties in accordance with the Business Unit&rsquo;s Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Manage food and beverage deliveries to the Boutique &mdash; record, place orders, oversee deliveries, and stock fridges.</li><li>Prepare and manage stock and par stock inventories in line with the Company&rsquo;s Purchasing Department Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Stock the Boutique&rsquo;s shelves with merchandise as required.</li><li>Take guest orders in person and over the telephone, providing expert advice on products and services.</li><li>Assist guests in planning and designing bespoke cake orders.</li><li>Ensure the Boutique is clean and tidy in line with Company Health and Safety Guidelines.</li><li>Listen attentively to guests to understand their needs and provide exemplary service to encourage brand loyalty.</li><li>Advise customers confidently and competently using excellent product knowledge.</li><li>Possess strong product knowledge to answer guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.</li><li>Meet all required timelines to support smooth operations.</li><li>Perform any other tasks assigned by the Boutique Manager or Assistant Manager.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements :<ul><li>Saudi National.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.</li><li>Personable, organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests.</li><li>Excellent English &mdash; written and spoken.</li><li>Self‑motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and honesty.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you a Saudi national?</li></ul>
