Job Purpose:To oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for residential properties, ensuring high-quality execution and operational efficiency, while managing procurement processes to secure materials and equipment at optimal cost and quality.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance Supervision:- Supervise daily maintenance operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works).- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.- Monitor technicians&rsquo; performance and ensure work is completed to required standards.- Handle maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Procurement Management:- Identify and plan maintenance-related material and equipment needs.- Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate prices and terms.- Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of essential items.- Evaluate supplier performance and improve procurement efficiency.Reporting &amp; Monitoring:- Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities and costs.- Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements.- Track maintenance and procurement budgets.Work Location: In person
