Your Role
At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a future where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our Sales Intern, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of the Sales tribe, driving impact by:<ul>
<li>Exceeding sales targets through strategic closing techniques</li>
<li>Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and concerns, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewal, upselling or cross-selling opportunities</li>
<li>Ensure prompt and efficient collection of client installments and outstanding payments</li>
<li>Analyzing sales funnel dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement</li>
</ul>A Day In Your Life:<ul>
<li>Manage the full sales process management from end-to-end by being the first point of contact for the customer, all the way to closing the sale:</li>
<li><ul><li>Reach and call parents and students in need of tutoring and explain how AlGooru and our service works</li>
<li>Detect and understand the needs of our future students, pair them with the ideal tutor, and organize trial sessions</li>
<li>Explore with customers to find their ideal (individualized) tutoring package in order to unfold their full potential</li>
</ul></li><li>Drive client retention through proactive relationship-building and strategic account management initiatives</li>
<li>Own and achieve your monthly sales targets</li>
<li>Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing customers</li>
<li>Conduct necessary follow-ups on outstanding payments</li>
<li>Decrease the average response rate to a user to make our responsiveness as fast as possible</li>
<li>Collect, enter, and report data in a timely and efficient manner</li>
</ul>Requirements
You&rsquo;re the Sales Intern we&rsquo;re looking for if you have:<ul><li><ul>
<li>0&ndash;1 years of sales or telesales experience.
</li><li>0&ndash;1 years of experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
</li><li>Proactive sales skills (able to sell a need, not just a want).
</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi consumer culture (a must).
</li><li>Strong negotiation skills.
</li><li>Goal-oriented mindset.
</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team.
</li><li>Availability: 6 days per week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mandatory PM shift: 2 PM &ndash; 10 PM; 1 day off during the week).

</li><li>Compensation: This is an unpaid internship &ndash; commission only based</li>

<li>Owning and optimizing the end-to-end tutor lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, retention, and performance tracking.
</li><li>Ensuring curriculum development is aligned with student needs and market requirements, supporting tutors with structured learning pathways and high-quality educational materials.
</li><li>Driving tutor engagement through community-building, recognition, and professional development initiatives.
</li><li>Maintaining a high-quality, well-represented, and data-driven tutor supply aligned with AlGooru&rsquo;s operational goals.
</li><li>Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams to enhance both tutor and student experiences.</li>
</ul>A Day In Your Life:
Tutor Recruitment, Screening, and Onboarding<ul>
<li>Own and continuously improve AlGooru&rsquo;s tutor application flow and vetting criteria.
</li><li>Screen tutor applications, follow up on documentation, and support applicants throughout the onboarding process.
</li><li>Design and maintain a Tutor Application Roadmap aligned with company goals, in coordination with the Product team.
</li><li>Manage recruitment metrics and ensure the platform maintains a high-quality tutor supply.
</li>Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including the creation of guides, training material, and documentation.

Curriculum Development<ul>
<li>Lead the design and continuous improvement of learning materials, lesson plans, and standardized teaching resources.
</li><li>Ensure curriculum supports multiple education levels while staying aligned with Saudi standards and international best practices.
</li>Partner with tutors to co-create resources, ensuring practical alignment between teaching methods and platform goals.

Tutor Engagement, Care, and Retention<ul>
<li>Own tutor communications: manage all content sent to tutors and ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with AlGooru's tone.
</li><li>Respond to tutor queries and provide guidance throughout their journey.
</li><li>Plan and execute tutor community engagement events (webinars, challenges, feedback sessions).
</li><li>Launch recognition and incentive programs to drive motivation and performance.
</li><li>Cultivate partnerships with external organizations to enhance tutor satisfaction.
</li>Own and monitor Tutor Happiness and Retention KPIs.

Tutor Profiles and Representation<ul>
<li>Create and manage tutor profiles/cards featured on the platform, ensuring quality and accuracy.
</li>Collect multimedia and supporting materials to boost tutor visibility and conversion.

Technical Operations &amp; Data Analysis<ul>
<li>Lead optimization of operational workflows for basic and preferred tutors.
</li><li>Monitor and analyze key metrics like tutor activity, tutor saturation, and supply-demand alignment.
</li><li>Leverage data visualization tools to present insights and guide decision-making.
</li>Identify trends and process gaps through statistical analysis, communicating findings to product teams for technical enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul>
<li>Conduct tutor focus groups, interviews, and usability testing to support product development.
</li><li>Collaborate with marketing for tutor-led social media initiatives.
</li><li>Ensure alignment between tutor operations, curriculum rollouts, and platform feature launches.</li>
</ul>Requirements
You&rsquo;re the Head of Learning we&rsquo;re looking for if you have:<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in community management, curriculum development, operations, or data-driven education roles</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead community initiatives and foster engagement in digital platforms</li>
<li>Strong curriculum design and development skills, with the ability to support diverse student needs</li>
<li>Proficiency in statistical analysis and tools such as Excel; data visualization experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus</li>
<li>Experience managing or building data pipelines is an asset</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Passion for education, mentorship, and community development</li>
<li>Background in education or edtech is a plus</li>
