 , you'll be at the heart of the Product tribe, driving impact by:

 Own the end-to-end student experience across AlGooru's mobile app and website

 Translate educational and business goals into user-centric product solutions
 </li>

 Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall learning success

 Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless and impactful product features

 A Day In Your Life:

 Strategic Product Leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and evolve the student product vision aligned with business goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage product roadmaps and prioritize high-impact initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research to guide retention-focused decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 End-to-End Product Execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including web and app features
 </li>
 <li>
 Convert vision into clear specs and user stories for development
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive quality assurance, testing, and timely releases
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage backlog and tech sprints for roadmap alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Student Journey Ownership (App + Web)
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and optimize student-facing flows: onboarding, sessions, renewals, feedback, and support
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with mobile, acquisition, and retention teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve self-serve flows to reduce support needs and boost conversions
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with CRM/data teams for segmentation and lifecycle messaging
 </li>
 <li>
 Internal Systems &amp; Ops Alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure product updates align with CRM, dashboards, and internal tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Bridge product and ops for tutor-related student workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-Driven Improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and monitor key product KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze usage data to identify and fix drop-offs
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote A/B testing and feedback loops to validate changes

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 You're the Senior Product Manager we're looking for if you have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5-7 years in Product Management (edtech, marketplaces, or B2C mobile preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading cross-functional teams from launch to scale
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong with product metrics and data-driven decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Familiar with HubSpot, Intercom, and CleverTap
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for education and user-focused products
