 The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for coordinating and controlling all maintenance activities related to the plant&rsquo;s machinery, equipment, and facilities. The primary objective is to lead the maintenance team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and optimize the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing processes to meet business requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements

 Engineering graduate
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven management experience, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage budgets effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Formal HSE qualification
 </li>
 <li>
 Internal audit certification (ISO)
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driving license
 </li>
