Roles &amp; responsibilities:Manpower Planning &amp; MR Control<ul><li>Collect manpower requests (MRs) from all divisions in the approved format and maintain a consolidated MR tracker.</li><li>Validate MR details (job title, quantity, salary range, nationality preference, joining date, project/division, approvals).</li><li>Sourcing &amp; Screening</li><li>Source candidates via agencies, job portals, referrals, and internal database.</li><li>Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates based on JD and requirements.</li><li>Coordinate technical interviews with division heads and schedule final approvals.</li></ul>Offer, Mobilization &amp; Onboarding Coordination.<ul><li>Prepare offer proposals for approval and coordinate issuance of offer/appointment letters (as per company policy).</li><li>Coordinate mobilization steps: medical, visa/entry requirements, travel, joining schedule (as applicable).</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance</li></ul>Ensure recruitment communication is properly recorded (email trail, approvals, interview feedback).<ul><li>Maintain complete recruitment files: CVs, interview notes, approvals, offers, joining confirmations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Business management required.</li><li>3-4 years of recruitment experience required (Qatar/GC experience preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/HRMS WITH RECRUITMENT/Onboarding modules.</li><li>Working experience with multiple divisions will have an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>If selected, can you join within 15 days?</li></ul>

Recruitment Officer

Roles &amp; responsibilities:Payroll Processing &amp; Closure :1 - Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all divisions/projects. Ensure payroll inputs are finalized within set deadlines (new joiners, resignations, unpaid leave, overtime, allowances, deductions). 2 - Maintain a payroll closure calendar and ensure month-end closures are completed without carry-overs.3 - Reconciliation &amp; ControlsReconcile payroll against: Attendance/muster roll and timesheets Approved leave/rejoining recordsNew joiner confirmations and employee master dataInvestigate discrepancies, document root cause, and implement corrective actions.Prepare payroll variance reports (increment changes, overtime trends, unpaid leave, deductions, anomalies).4 - Employee Master Data &amp; Onboarding Link:Ensure all payroll-related employee data is updated in ERP (basic salary, allowances, bank details, joining date, division/project allocation, status).5 - Compliance &amp; ReportingEnsure compliance with company policy and Qatar labour requirements (as applicable).Coordinate final settlements, leave settlements, and salary-related certificates.Maintain payroll files, approvals, and audit-ready documentation.Coordinate with HR team, divisional admins, and Finance for approvals, validations, and closure sign-off.Respond to payroll queries and resolve issues within defined TAT.6 - Key Deliverables (KPIs)100% on-time payroll processing and closurePayroll query resolution within agreed timeline.Audit readiness - Complete Payroll documentation and approvals.Experience &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in HR/Finance/Accounting preferred</li><li>3-6 years of Payroll experience required (Qatar/GC experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Payroll processes, settlements, overtime and attendance linkage.</li><li>Proficiency in Advance Excel and ERP/HRMS with Payroll module.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>If selected, can you join within 15 days?</li></ul>
