<ul><li>Accomplish effective purchasing through competitive bidding.</li><li>Sent out written specifications of items intended to procure and receive minimum 3 quotations.</li><li>Award the purchase to the low bidder, in case of nominating vendor. Justification is to be given.</li><li>Receive purchase requests from all departments in the hotel</li><li>Fill in the quotation details in the column provided for.</li><li>Submit the Purchase Requisition to the Requesting Party with values for signature for purchasing Manager and forward to Financial Controller and General Manager for approval.</li><li>Preparing petty cash /IOU for all cash purchase and management approval</li><li>Follow up with supplier pending delivery and making short list for LPO</li><li>Contacting many supplier negotiate with best price and best quality.</li></ul>&middot; Ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to and implements any legislation as required by UAE Law.<ul><li>Any other duties as directed by the management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
