Key Responsibilities:- Ensure proper operation of all plumbing equipment and thus an efficient water supply in the hotel.- To prioritise in attending every plumbing guest complain promptly and satisfactory.- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in the Hotel- Good knowledge and understanding of repair and maintenance of domestic hot/cold water systems, chilled water systems, storm and sanitary sewerage systems, landscape irrigation water system, swimming pools and fountains.- Knowledge in Planned Preventive Maintenance and Building Repair Works- Install, assemble and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures.- Installing sewerage and effluent pumping equipment and disposal systems.Requirements:- Proven experience as a plumber (3+ years preferred).- knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in tight spaces.Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and service charge.</li><li>Accommodation, meals, and uniforms provided.</li><li>Training and career growth opportunities within the group.</li></ul>Location: Dubai JBR, UAEJob Type: PermanentPay: From AED1,700.00 per month

Plumber Technician

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure that all air conditioning systems, HVAC, air quality and refrigerator equipment in the hotel are in smooth operation and high level maintenance at all times.</li><li>Ensure that all AC and Refrigeration complaints, requests and maintenance are attended and rectified in a prompt manners. Guest room issues to priorities first.</li><li>Report to AC Supervisor or Maintenance Engineer the success and the updates of all AC &amp; Refrigeration complain, request or projects.</li><li>Work closely with peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance program.</li><li>Check the repairing and maintenance of HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.</li><li>Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of electrical and AC equipment, supply and distribution lines and carries out maintenance work on all electrical gadgets installed in the hotel.</li><li>Record and maintain logbooks and day register.</li><li>Monitor the adjustment of pre-coolers, humidifiers, fan speed and preheaters.</li><li>Ensure in keeping air filters changed or cleaned.</li><li>Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.</li><li>Monitor and control property temperature.</li><li>Check that ducts are free from vibration and clean.</li><li>Check if everything is clean after the reparation is completed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,000.00 per month
