Job description<ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed company revenue goals.</li><li>Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set individual and team sales targets.</li><li>Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to client conversion.</li><li>Handle escalated client inquiries and manage relationships with high-value clients.</li><li>Act as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as operations to ensure a seamless client experience.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in immigration laws and policies to adapt sales strategies as needed.</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.</li></ul>Minimum requirement<ul><li>A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience at least 2 years in a sales management role, with specific experience in the immigration.</li><li>Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa processes, and regulations for key destination countries.</li><li>Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Immigration: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
