Job Description:We are seeking a qualified Structural BIM Engineer with strong technical and coordination skills to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and manage structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.</li><li>Prepare and produce Structural Shop Drawings and General Arrangement (GA) drawings with high accuracy.</li><li>Perform BIM coordination with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.</li><li>Ensure all drawings and models comply with project specifications, standards, and codes.</li><li>Update and maintain BIM models throughout different project stages.</li><li>Support the engineering team in technical detailing and constructability reviews.</li><li>Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical input when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural).</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in structural BIM modeling.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure).</li><li>Strong experience in BIM Coordination.</li><li>Proven experience in producing Shop Drawings and General Arrangement drawings.</li><li>Good understanding of structural systems and construction details.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Structural BIM Engineer

We are looking to hire an experienced Procurement Engineer (Civil) to join our procurement department within a leading construction company.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in civil/construction procurement</li><li>Strong knowledge of purchasing civil materials such as:</li><li>Concrete, Steel, Rebar, Formwork, Block, Waterproofing, Finishing Materials</li><li>Ability to prepare RFQs, Comparisons, LPOs, and manage the full procurement cycle</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills with local and international suppliers</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills with proven cost-saving achievements</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel</li><li>Previous UAE experience is preferred Key Responsibilities:</li></ul><ul><li>Review and analyze material requests from site</li><li>Identify suitable suppliers and prepare RFQs</li><li>Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations</li><li>Issue purchase orders and follow up on material delivery</li><li>Coordinate with site teams and storekeepers to ensure material quality and timely delivery</li><li>Maintain and update supplier database to ensure best market prices</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
