Support Cum Sales

&middot; Bill Entry: Record purchase bills accurately into the system, ensuring details match with LPOs and delivery notes.&middot; LPO Handling: Prepare, issue, and track Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) as per departmental requirements.&middot; Data Maintenance: Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information systematically.&middot; Invoice Preparation: Prepare purchase invoices and ensure timely submission to the accounts department for payment processing.&middot; Coordination with Suppliers: Follow up on order status, deliveries, and resolve any supply issues or discrepancies.&middot; Documentation: Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all purchase-related documents both physically and digitally.&middot; Reporting: Assist in generating regular reports on purchase activities, costs, and inventory as required by management.Skills Required:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of procurement and billing procedures</li><li>Familiarity with LPO and invoice systems</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Purchase Assistant

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Clean, gut, scale, and cut fish and seafood (fillets, steaks, slices) as per customer requests.</li><li>Arrange seafood displays attractively and ensure proper labeling of items.</li><li>Monitor freshness, quality, and stock levels of seafood throughout the day.</li><li>Handle seafood safely and store products at correct temperatures.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and cutting tools.</li><li>Follow hygiene and food safety regulations at all times.</li><li>Assist customers politely and offer recommendations when needed.</li><li>Dispose of waste properly and follow company environmental guidelines.</li><li>Support in unloading and storing fresh seafood deliveries.</li><li>Report damaged or spoiled items to the supervisor.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in seafood handling or as a fishmonger.</li><li>Skilled in cutting, filleting, and cleaning various types of fish and seafood.</li><li>Good knowledge of seafood freshness indicators and safe handling practices.</li><li>Physically fit and comfortable working in cold and wet conditions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
