Senior HR Executive &ndash; Retail/Hypermarket Sector (UAE)Location: Ajman, UAEIndustry: Retail / HypermarketJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Competitive &ndash; Based on experienceJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage core HR operations for a leading hypermarket group in the UAE.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and proven experience handling high-volume recruitment within the retail or hypermarket industry in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end HR operations and administration</li><li>Handle high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes</li><li>Oversee payroll management and ensure accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Develop and implement employee retention and engagement strategies</li><li>Support employee development and performance enhancement initiatives</li><li>Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies</li><li>Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, memos, and official correspondence.</li><li>Manage employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Oversee staff accommodation and transportation arrangements, ensuring smooth coordination and timely issue resolution.</li><li>Manage the renewal process for labor contracts and employee visas, ensuring timely submissions and compliance in collaboration with PRO support.</li><li>Manage performance appraisal processes and coordinate employee training and development programs.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all organizational levels.</li></ul>Requirements:&middot; Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of proven HR experience in a retail, hypermarket, or supermarket environment in the UAE.&middot; Qualifications : Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.&middot; Willingness to travel frequently across the UAE for store visits, audits, and on-site HR support.&middot; Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.&middot; Excellent command of English; proficiency in Hindi is preferred.Work Location: In person
