Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP Mechanical works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.</li><li>Co-ordination with MEP subcontractor both at site level and with subcontractor&rsquo;s engineers.</li><li>To be part of proactive Construction Site Team.</li><li>Monitoring and reporting site progress and compliance with specification and drawings.</li><li>Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.</li><li>Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.</li><li>Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.</li><li>Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.</li><li>Assist in the installation of MEP work.</li><li>Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.</li><li>Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.</li><li>Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.</li><li>Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.</li><li>Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.</li><li>Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent.</li><li>Must have worked as a Site Engineer site previously and be experienced enough to be able to clearly instruct and delegate work and understand time requirements of installation.</li><li>At least 4 years of working experience in the related (MEP) sector.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Mechanical Site Engineer

Responsibilities:<ul><li>The ideal candidate should have 3 - 4 years of experience in the UAE.</li><li>He must have expertise in the detail drawing to produce MEP Electrical shop drawings in Revit &amp; Auto CAD as per the design and specifications.</li><li>Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit Software's.</li><li>Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.</li><li>Communicating with Project Managers and Engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.</li></ul>Requirements: Must be organized and punctual. Well-presented and professional. Should have minimum 3 years experience in construction company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
