They serve as a critical bridge between senior leadership and frontline employees, translating strategic goals into actionable daily processes across various departments like HR, Finance,Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Daily Oversight: Managing workflow, supervising staff, and ensuring that all organizational units contribute to shared goals.</li><li>Process Improvement: Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and implementing strategies such to increase productivity and reduce waste.</li><li>Financial Management: Preparing and monitoring annual budgets, managing expenses to ensure profitability, and overseeing financial reporting.</li><li>Staffing &amp; Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring employees, as well as conducting performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Risk: Ensuring the company adheres to local and national laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.</li><li>Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers to coordinate procurement and resolve operational issues.</li><li>Developing and implementing company policies</li><li>Supervising and training employees to complete tasks according to company standards</li><li>Coordinating with department heads to achieve organizational goals</li><li>Improving work processes to increase productivity or reduce waste</li><li>Evaluating employee performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Identifying opportunities to increase revenue or connect with new customers</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage.</li><li>Leadership: Ability to inspire teams, delegate tasks effectively, and manage conflicts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
