We urgently looking for 2 numbers of a Tekla Modeler develops detailed 3D structural models and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures software. With minimum of 3 yrs experienced. They collaborate with engineers and architects to translate design plans into constructible elements, ensuring compliance with industry standards while proactively performing clash detection.Key Responsibilities:3D Modeling: Create highly detailed, accurate structural steel and/or concrete models including connections, stairs, and handrails.Drawing Production: Generate General Arrangement (GA), shop, assembly, and erection drawings.Coordination &amp; Clash Detection: Integrate models with architectural or Civil engineer disciplines to resolve clashes and prevent construction delays.Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.Technical Software: Proficiency in Tekla Structures (XSteel), AutoCAD, and Excel.Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural detailing and steel fabrication drawings.Pay: From AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A MALE PROJECT SITE ENGINEER.<ul><li>WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY</li><li>WITH VALID UAE DRIVERS LICENSE</li><li>ARABIC NATIONALITY</li><li>CIVIL ENGINEER GRADUATE OR MECHANICAL ENGINEER GRADUATE</li><li>MINIMUM OF 3 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN THE STEEL STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION FIELD IS ADVANTAGE.</li></ul>A Project Engineer plans, executes, and monitors technical projects, acting as a bridge between teams to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget, handling everything from scope definition and resource allocation to quality control, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Key duties involve project planning, technical documentation, cost control, team coordination, site management, and troubleshooting, making sure project elements align with objectives and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning: Develop project objectives, scope, specifications, and detailed plans.Coordination &amp; Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams; facilitate information flowExecution &amp; Monitoring: Oversee project phases, monitor progress, manage resources (staff, materials), and ensure quality.Budget &amp; Schedule: Control costs, track expenditures, maintain timelines, and manage project schedules.Technical Oversight: Review engineering deliverables, conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical accuracy.Compliance &amp; Safety: Enforce safety codes, industry regulations, and company standards.Reporting: Prepare status reports, analyze trends, and recommend actions.Core Skills &amp; QualificationsStrong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and budgets.Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation.Work Location: In person

Site Civil Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create 3d Structural model for the design and analysis. Preparing design calculation, reports, connection design and obtaining authority approvals Create detailed structural shop drawings such as Plans, Schedule, Sections and connections using Auto CAD Respond to any queries, comments, tender inquiries and modifications raise by the client. Coordinating and attending technical meeting with client and authority and resolving related problems in site. Provide support for value engineering and make best and safe solution for effective cost saving for the project.REQUIREMENTS: Should obtain Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.E) in civil or mechanical. Should possess minimum 5years of UAE experience is steel contracting construction. Proficient in designing softwares such as Staad pro, Etabs, SAP, Idea Statica etc. Should be accredited by DM G+12 is mandatory. Should obtain UAE driving licenseWork Location: In person
