To support our expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour &amp; Visa Expert to join our dedicated team.Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and client-focused professional with extensive experience in tour operations and visa processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting bespoke travel experiences and managing end-to-end visa applications, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.Location: Karachi Central, Pakistan (Preference for candidates residing in Gulshan, Nazimabad, FB Area)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Management &amp; Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and visa requirements.</li><li>Itinerary Planning &amp; Quotations: Design, develop, and present detailed, customized travel itineraries and competitive quotations for both leisure and corporate clients.</li><li>Travel Bookings &amp; Coordination: Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including international and domestic hotel reservations, flights, ground transportation, and tours.</li><li>Visa Processing: Possess in-depth knowledge of international visa regulations. Expertly manage the end-to-end visa application process, including documentation, submission, and follow-up with relevant embassies/consulates.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Partner Relations: Proactively search, negotiate with, and manage relationships with reliable B2B and B2C travel vendors, hotels, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>System &amp; Portal Management: Utilize GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and various B2B &amp; B2C booking portals efficiently to make and manage reservations.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Documentation: Stay current with changing international travel regulations, visa policies, and destination advisories to provide accurate information.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>A Bachelor's degree.
