Job summary Embody the company in providing a clean and safe play environment to Adventureland customers<ul><li>Key responsibilities</li><li>Participate during inventories and extend assistance when necessary during audits</li><li>Ensure all game equipment have complete operating accessories to ensure optimum game experience and maximum revenue generation</li><li>Participate in trainings provided by the company.</li><li>Ensure high level of product knowledge</li><li>Participate and assist during the orientation and training of newly recruited front liners to maintain an excellent operational standard in terms of customer service, salesmanship and safety</li><li>Compliance to operating standards, discipline and behavioral guidelines for park operation</li><li>Ensure direct compliance with health and safety commitment as set in the company health and safety policy</li><li>Extend cooperation/communication between departments to achieve objective</li><li>Familiarization of EN13814 for the implementation of applicable safety and operational standards</li><li>Compliance to manufacturers specifications at all times and do not allow modification or other deviation from the original equipment specifications</li><li>Participate in the implementation of marketing plans and strategies as issued by the marketing departments and provide regular feedback</li><li>Assist the sales department in the management of tours, parties and other seasonal activities</li><li>Handle customer conflict resolution and elevate if necessary</li><li>Contribute ideas based on feedback obtained from customers and front liners.</li><li>Keep abreast with the developments in Adventureland and be able to answer customer inquiries</li><li>Constantly communicate with technical to maintain maximum up time of games, rides and attractions</li><li>Communicate and provide feedback to purchasing, warehouse, IT and technical to ensure optimum operating environment</li><li>Monitor and report any lease hold improvements or other capital works that may affect equipment or general availability of the store</li><li>Cooperate with mall management and maintain good relations to the benefit of the company</li><li>Maintain compliance with local laws and regulations related to operational, financial and other business transactions of the park</li><li>Implement an efficient equipment set up and lay out for best revenue generation</li><li>Monitor and ensure maximum equipment uptime through regular testing program and reporting system</li><li>Implementation of standard operating procedures in the most effective operating method</li><li>Attend and participate operations meeting on a regular basis</li><li>Constant interaction of support functions to enable smooth operation of the park</li><li>Properly assess physical and current condition of the assigned ride/work area/games prior to its operation by accomplishing a daily pre-operating checklist</li><li>Ensure cleanliness of the assigned work area.</li><li>Perform other duties required by his/her superior.</li></ul>*Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current visa status ?</li><li>Are you willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the role?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Ride Operator/Game Attendent: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>

Game Attendant/Ride Operator

Your role at Adventureland will be as an Electronic Technician, reporting to the Technical Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all attractions, rides, and related equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and technical inspections while maintaining compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.Maintain the highest standards of safety on all attractions and rides.<ul><li>Perform daily safety checks on park attractions and rides, and attend to any required repairs.</li><li>Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on rides, equipment, and facilities, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer specifications and park standards.</li><li>Operate a variety of equipment, machinery, and both hand and power tools to perform repair and maintenance work.</li><li>Ensure rides and facilities are clean and visually compliant with manufacturer specifications and standards.</li><li>Comply with and document manufacturer specifications and regulations in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain proper records of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.</li><li>Keep tools and equipment in safe, clean, and proper working condition.</li><li>Manage inventory controls for cost-effective operations.</li><li>Interpret blueprints and read schematic diagrams accurately.</li><li>Maintain routine records and all appropriate documentation.</li><li>Be a proactive member of the maintenance team.</li><li>Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Install machines, making the necessary connections in compliance with codes.</li><li>Transport machines to designated installation sites.</li><li>Disassemble and assemble machines according to specifications, using hand and power tools</li></ul>Skills required<ul><li>Repairing &ndash; Repairing machines or systems using the appropriate tools.</li><li>Equipment Maintenance &ndash; Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what type of maintenance is needed.</li><li>Troubleshooting &ndash; Identifying the causes of operating errors and deciding on the appropriate solutions.</li><li>Operation Monitoring &ndash; Observing gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure machines are working properly.</li><li>Knowledge: Mechanical &ndash; Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,700.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>related: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>taglog (Required)</li></ul>
