Job Title: Project HSE Manager (Construction)The Project HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies on construction projects. The role ensures compliance with legal regulations and company standards, promotes a strong safety culture, and minimizes risks to personnel, property, and the environment.Key Responsibilities1. HSE Planning &amp; Implementation<ul><li>Develop and implement the Project HSE Plan in line with regulatory and company requirements</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews</li><li>Establish emergency response procedures and ensure readiness</li></ul>2. Compliance &amp; Regulations<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, client requirements, and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities and client representatives on HSE matters</li><li>Maintain all required HSE documentation and records</li></ul>3. Incident Management<ul><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses</li><li>Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Track and analyze HSE performance metrics</li></ul>6. Environmental Management<ul><li>Ensure proper waste management and environmental protection measures</li><li>Monitor environmental impacts (noise, dust, spills, etc.)</li><li>Promote sustainability initiatives on site</li></ul>7. Full job descriptionJob Summary:Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project programmes to ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with contractual timelines and project objectives. This role involves preparing detailed schedules, progress tracking systems, and resource allocation plans while supporting claims and ensuring coordination between site operations, subcontractors, and management. The Planning Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring timely project delivery through proactive planning, accurate progress reporting, and effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop the Baseline Programme in accordance with contract requirements.</li><li>Prepare the method statement to accompany the Baseline Programme.</li><li>Create various schedules based on the Baseline Programme, including:</li><li>Submittals &amp; Approvals Schedule</li><li>Material Procurement Schedule</li><li>Subcontractor Appointment Schedule</li><li>Resource Histograms</li><li>Cash Flow Curve</li><li>Progress Curve</li><li>Major Plant Schedule</li><li>Regularly monitor and record site progress, ensuring updates to the Baseline Programme as required.</li><li>Develop 15-day and 30-day look-ahead programmes to track short-term planning.</li><li>Ensure timely appointment of subcontractors and material suppliers in alignment with control schedules.</li><li>Maintain as-built records, comparing planned vs. actual progress.</li><li>Support Extension of Time (EoT) claims, including delay analysis and preparation of supplementary documents under the guidance of the Planning Manager/Senior Planning Engineer.</li><li>Track Earned Value Management (EVM) using cost-loaded programmes.</li><li>Implement and maintain effective time management systems for contract operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the agreed programme and coordination schedules, particularly for the flow of submittals, approvals, and required project information.</li><li>Conduct subcontractor follow-ups and participate in meetings to track progress.</li><li>Integrate and coordinate subcontractor programmes within the Baseline Programme, ensuring alignment with project requirements.</li><li>Prepare detailed progress reports for management and stakeholders.</li><li>Arrange and maintain site photographs as part of project progress records.</li><li>Advise the Project Manager on progress slippages, recommending corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate and follow up with other departments, as delegated by the Planning Manager/Senior Planning Engineer.</li><li>Prepare productivity reports to assess efficiency and performance.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.</li><li>7-9 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale building projects, with at least 5 years in the UAE.</li><li>Strong understanding of high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, and residential construction methodologies.</li></ul>Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>On-Site Supervision: Supervise and manage daily facade installation, finishing activities, and the associated workforce, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deadlines.</li><li>Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work complies with design specifications, quality standards (e.g., CWCT, ASTM, EN standards), and contractual obligations.</li><li>Safety Enforcement: Monitor and enforce strict health and safety protocols and regulations, conduct safety meetings, and ensure all permit-to-work procedures are followed.</li><li>Coordination and Communication: Liaise closely with project managers, main contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other trades to resolve technical challenges and manage interfaces effectively.</li><li>Material Management: Oversee the proper handling, storage, and efficient use of facade materials (e.g., curtain walls, cladding, glazing and ACP).</li><li>Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site reports, including manpower, materials used, progress updates, inspection records, and checklists.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies, defects, or quality issues in a timely manner to prevent delays and ensure the project progresses smoothly.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Education: A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is often a preferred requirement.</li><li>Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction facade works or supervising site operations, with a proven track record in installation, is essential.
