Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Read and understand Construction Drawings, Technical specifications, Inspection &amp; test Plans, planning schedules etc.</li><li>Assign jobs to technician/workforce at site to achieve the required progress.</li><li>Control the skilled/unskilled workforce at site to achieve the required progress.</li><li>Prepare daily reports &amp; inform the Site Engineer about problems encountered at site or regarding drawings/ documents etc.</li><li>Liaise and comply with client/Engineer instructions.</li><li>Conduct Tool Box talks regularly specially at start of new activity.</li><li>Ensure proper utilization of material, machinery &amp; work force.</li><li>Co-ordinate with stores for receipt/handling/storage of materials on site.</li><li>Ensure that all monitoring and measuring Devices are calibrated/ Checked before use.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma in Civil / Equivalent</li><li>Min 8 years in the same industry, 3 years in the same position.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Foreman : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Finishing Foreman

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and enforce the site&rsquo;s overall health and safety plan in coordination with management.</li><li>Conduct detailed risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), and high-level HSE audits.</li><li>Lead investigations into serious incidents, accidents, or near-misses and prepare detailed reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific HSE standards .</li><li>Oversee emergency preparedness, including drills, evacuation plans, and first aid response systems.</li><li>Supervise and train junior HSE officers, safety assistants, and site workers on advanced safety practices.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to review and improve method statements and safety procedures.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation of site inspections, incidents, training, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Interface with government inspectors, client HSE representatives, and auditors as required.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and behavioral safety throughout the workforce.</li></ul>Job Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of HSE experience in Construction Industry in the UAE or GCC.</li><li>Strong knowledge of risk assessments, incident investigation, and UAE safety regulations.</li><li>Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.</li></ul>Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person
