Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>On-Site Supervision: Supervise and manage daily facade installation, finishing activities, and the associated workforce, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deadlines.</li><li>Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work complies with design specifications, quality standards (e.g., CWCT, ASTM, EN standards), and contractual obligations.</li><li>Safety Enforcement: Monitor and enforce strict health and safety protocols and regulations, conduct safety meetings, and ensure all permit-to-work procedures are followed.</li><li>Coordination and Communication: Liaise closely with project managers, main contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other trades to resolve technical challenges and manage interfaces effectively.</li><li>Material Management: Oversee the proper handling, storage, and efficient use of facade materials (e.g., curtain walls, cladding, glazing and ACP).</li><li>Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site reports, including manpower, materials used, progress updates, inspection records, and checklists.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies, defects, or quality issues in a timely manner to prevent delays and ensure the project progresses smoothly.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Education: A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is often a preferred requirement.</li><li>Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction facade works or supervising site operations, with a proven track record in installation, is essential. Experience in the local region (e.g., UAE/GCC) is often advantageous.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Strong, in-depth knowledge of various facade systems, materials, construction methods, and industry standards.</li></ul>Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
