Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in high-rise building projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of the project after award, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and timely settlement of claims and variations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, review, and manage interim payment applications and certifications.</li><li>Evaluate and negotiate variation orders (VOs), claims, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.</li><li>Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives regarding contractual and financial matters.</li><li>Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and commercial progress reports.</li><li>Review and administer subcontractor payments, agreements, and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain records of contractual communications and ensure proper documentation for audits and disputes.</li><li>Assist in final account preparation and settlement with client and subcontractors.</li><li>Support project managers and site teams in commercial decision-making.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3-4 years of post-contract experience in the UAE, specifically working on high-rise building projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction laws.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, Cost Control Software, and AutoCAD (optional).</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Update EFS for PCC</li><li>Update Planned value vs. PD vs. PC (Planned vs. Actual)</li><li>Prepare staff cost report (Planned vs. Actual)</li><li>Prepare plant internal hiring report (Planned vs. Actual)</li><li>Prepare diesel report (Planned vs. Actual)</li><li>Prepare water report (Planned vs. Actual)</li><li>Prepare staff report (Planned vs. Actual)</li><li>Prepare MEP coordination report (Planned vs. Actual)</li><li>Prepare scaffolding report (Planned vs. Actual)</li><li>Prepare Labour output report</li><li>Creation of Activity codes, Resource codes</li><li>Prepare the format for construction budget for ERP upload &amp; check the level of controls.</li><li>Prepare the format for labour budget for ERP upload</li><li>Allocation of item code and activity code in labour budget.</li><li>Prepare the format for BCR for ERP upload</li><li>Assist PCCD/Sr.PCE/CCE in ammendinf the ERP budget controls flowcharts</li><li>Update SC agreement</li><li>Modify construction ledger and prepare all the necessary supporting reports for CAC report.</li><li>Prepare PD format for new jobs.</li><li>Prepare BOQ for ERP upload</li><li>Raise SR for any inquiry/modification/data in ERP.</li><li>Preparation and modification of flowcharts for ERP.</li><li>Liaise with PQS/PCE while approving MRQ</li><li>Review and correct activity code in GIV</li><li>Liaise with PQS for initating BCR in ERP</li><li>Prepare notice of absence/post absence for PCC</li><li>Assist PCE in all daily, weekly and monthly reports required for Management/Client/Engineer</li><li>Assist CCE in update amount certified &amp; contract amount in S/c Provision report and other reports .</li><li>Any work as per PCC Objective.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Education / Qualification-Graduate</li><li>Experience-Min 5-7 years experience in the similar role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
