About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager / Warehouse In-Charge to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient management of inventory, logistics, and overall supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain management, with strong leadership and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.</li><li>Ensure optimal space utilization and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.</li><li>Plan and coordinate logistics, deliveries, and shipments in line with company schedules and client requirements.</li><li>Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.</li><li>Implement and improve warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li><li>Supervise and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure performance efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (inbound/outbound, stock status, discrepancies, etc.).</li><li>Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software for tracking and reporting.</li><li>Handle supplier coordination, documentation, and compliance with company standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
