Responsibilities:<ul><li>Carry out flat painting works including walls, ceilings, doors, and trims.</li><li>Perform surface preparation such as sanding, patching, filling cracks, and applying primer.</li><li>Inspect assigned areas and determine required painting materials and methods.</li><li>Mix and match paints to achieve the required colours and finish.</li><li>Apply paints, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray machines.</li><li>Protect furniture, flooring, and surrounding surfaces by using drop cloths and masking materials.</li><li>Ensure all works are completed as per safety standards and quality requirements.</li><li>Perform touch-ups, repainting, and finishing works as needed.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas after completing tasks.</li><li>Report any damages, defects, or additional maintenance requirements to the supervisor.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a painter in building/flat maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge of paint types, mixing, and application techniques.</li><li>Knowledge of painting with Air Compressor</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow instructions.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Basic knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of materials.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
