IT Specialist / Odoo Developer

Job Title: ArchitectLocation: Qatar Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Classification: MMUP/UPDA Certified Architect (Qatar Engineering Committee)Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UPDA/MMUP classification and have a strong portfolio in architectural design and project management, from concept development through to construction and handover.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare conceptual and detailed architectural designs in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.</li><li>Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions.</li><li>Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and field measurements.</li><li>Manage projects across all phases, from design development to construction documentation and final delivery.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation required for building permits and liaise with local authorities.</li><li>Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.</li><li>Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and approval committees.</li><li>Supervise construction works to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings.</li><li>Update and revise designs based on client feedback or changes during project execution.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project coordination.</li><li>Valid UPDA/MMUP classification (Grade A, B, or C) in Qatar.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and international standards.</li><li>Proficiency in architectural design tools and BIM software.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):<ul><li>Experience with government or large-scale infrastructure projects.</li><li>PMP certification or equivalent in project management.</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
