<div>Role &amp; Tasks:
<ul>
<li>Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral
</li><li>Spearhead and manage visual content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design and technology
</li><li>Coordinate with the Account Manager and content creators for any Social Media campaign, promotion or post boost
</li><li>Coordinate with the Web/App Executive for any website request for highlighting a product/offer/bundle or special functionality/service through a banner, photoshoot/video shoot, design, &hellip;
</li><li>Coordinate with the Digital Ads Manager to provide the proper visuals (design, video, banner, MPU, &hellip;) in order to run a display/video ad campaign
</li><li>Create templates for the newsletters
</li><li>Create corporate identity briefs and guidelines for each business (existing and new)
</li><li>Create touchpoints for each business and employee based on the business leader request
</li><li>Create digital catalogs &amp; portfolios
</li><li>Suggest website redesign (if &amp; when requested)
</li><li>Create art content for any portal related marketing campaign
</li><li>Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns and marketing communications
</li><li>Evaluate trends, assess new data and be up-to-date with the latest visual marketing techniques
</li><li>Create and implement tailored and original visuals for the marketing plans based on individual business requirements
</li><li>Conduct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with your team
</li><li>Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all outcomes and touchpoints are brand appropriate
</li><li>Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
</li><li>Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet each businesses&rsquo; requirements
</li><li>Present weekly/monthly reports to the E-marketing director
</li><li>Reports directly to the E-marketing Director.
</li></ul>Essential skills and Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure &amp; language skills)
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or related field
</li><li>English proficiency is a must (besides Arabic)
</li><li>A strong eye for visual composition
</li><li>Able to give and receive constructive criticism
</li><li>Photography and videography skills (as well as photo &amp; video editing skills) (preferable)
</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written - Outlook/email communication, briefs, presentations, &hellip;)
</li><li>Data and detail oriented, creative, and collaborative problem solver with outstanding communication and project management skills.
</li><li>Good knowledge in social media visual and graphical requirements mainly Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
</li><li>Good knowledge in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, &hellip;)
</li><li>Proficient in designing and publishing tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, &hellip;)
</li><li>3 &ndash; 4 years working experience in similar role with an agency (preferable)
</li><li>Fast learner
</li><li>Organized, accurate with strong attention to details while being multi-tasking
</li><li>People, project and time management skills
</li><li>Ability to work fast and smart under pressure, manage and meet deadlines and priorities
</li><li>Ability to lead and work as part of a team as well as independently to problem-solve using own initiative
</li><li>Ability to work based on a brief and able to support all team members and back another&rsquo;s vision</li></ul></div>
