Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area, developing relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong sales acumen and the ability to work independently while achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by identifying and closing new business opportunities.</li><li>Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends within the territory.</li><li>Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize sales potential in the territory.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company&rsquo;s products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.</li><li>Negotiation: Handle negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company objectives.</li><li>Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a positive relationship.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members and departments to share insights, coordinate efforts, and optimize sales performance.</li></ul>Qualifications:Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Good negotiation and presentation skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of market analysis and sales planning.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
