As a Barista at Wooderful Life Qatar, you will be the heart of our caf&eacute;, preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. You&rsquo;ll ensure that every cup we serve meets our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency, and that every customer leaves with a smile.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to our exacting standards.</li><li>
Greet, serve, and engage with customers warmly, building positive relationships.</li><li>
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other caf&eacute; equipment efficiently and safely.</li><li>
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and seating area at all times.</li><li>
Handle cash, card transactions, and point-of-sale operations with accuracy.</li><li>
Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.</li><li>
Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and replenishment of supplies.</li>
Support teammates in busy periods and contribute to a positive team spirit.<br>

Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Previous barista experience preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate.</li><li>

Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak hours.</li><li>
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>

Perform opening and closing duties as required.</li><li>
Demonstrate accuracy in cashiering, cash handling and credit card processing.</li><li>
Operate and balance a cash register, stocked shelves, and utilized FPOS.</li><li>
Responsible for checking and recording register balance at the close of business.</li><li>
Answer telephone inquiries.</li><li>
