Minimum 2 years of experience.</li><li>
Required certification/license: valid Nursing license from the country of origin.</li><li>
Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse.</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR).</li><li>
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.</li><li>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in the process which ensures that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures and nursing standards.</li><li>
Provides education to staff based on theoretical and clinical expertise.</li><li>
This position will be accountable to ensure clinical resources and continuity of patient care during their/duty hours.</li><li>
Provides direct patient care and serves as a clinical resource.</li><li>
Maintains and demonstrates clinical competence in all aspects of care provided.</li><li>
Acts as a clinical resource in assessing complex patient care needs and in determining appropriate</li><li>
Interventions: recommend alternative approaches.</li><li>
Utilizes critical thinking when making clinical judgments, managing conflicts and solving patient care issues.</li><li>
Assesses and reassesses patient needs and response to care, treatment and education.</li><li>
Provides care according to the plan of care.</li><li>
Anticipates, recognizes and manages emergent and unsafe situations/practices and initiates appropriate interventions.</li><li>
Demonstrates knowledge of legal aspects of patient care and nursing practice.</li><li>
Actively communicates the care of the patient through communication and written documentation to all disciplines involved in patient care.</li><li>
Complies with the company&rsquo;s policies/procedures, and standards.</li><li>
Enhance own professional growth by meeting mandatory educational requirements.</li><li>
Adapts positively to the company&rsquo;s changes in practice and delivery of patient care.</li><li>
Maintains and promotes customer satisfaction through effective customer service.</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality in relation to patient, employee and company&rsquo;s information.</li><li>

Administers medications and therapies in a safe, timely and effective manner.</li><li>
Adheres to prescribed therapy, seeks clarification of orders that are incomplete, questionable or ambiguous.</li><li>
Adheres to the policy of medication administration.</li><li>
Documents patient care provided in accordance with nursing standards.</li><li>
Data is legibly and correctly documented and signed on all documents.</li><li>
Determines nursing interventions that will meet the developmental needs of the specific age group.</li><li>
Identifies patient education needs at admission and during hospitalization.</li><li>
Promotes the development of clinical skills of the nurse orientee and nurse trainee</li><li>
Adheres to infection control and environmental care standards and practices.</li><li>
