## About the Fellowship
The AI & Digital Growth Learning Fellowship is a practical learning and industry-exposure programme designed for students and fresh graduates who want to understand how modern businesses work beyond the classroom.
Participants will explore real business scenarios, digital tools, AI, CRM, marketing, research and workplace processes through guided workshops, practical assignments, discussions and selected company or client exposure.
This is *not an employment position or recruitment programme*. The fellowship is focused on learning, exploration and professional exposure.
*No previous work experience is required.*
## What You Will Explore
During the programme, you may:
* Explore practical AI tools and how businesses use them.
* Learn how CRM systems, leads and customer journeys work.
* Understand real business processes and digital workflows.
* Work on guided business case studies and practical assignments.
* Explore digital marketing, content and audience behaviour.
* Research companies, industries, universities and market trends.
* Discuss how younger audiences interact with brands and digital platforms.
* Participate in workshops, group discussions and presentations.
* Observe selected business activities, meetings or client/company visits where appropriate.
* Develop small projects that can contribute to your professional portfolio.

This feedback may be used by Al Khidma Systems to improve future learning initiatives and programmes.
