We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Odoo Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting Odoo ERP solutions, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for technology, ERP solutions, and sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and target potential customers for Odoo ERP solutions.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo&rsquo;s features and benefits.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Understand client needs and recommend the best Odoo modules to optimize their business processes.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients.</li><li>Stay updated on Odoo&rsquo;s latest features, modules, and industry trends.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Odoo solutions.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>Key Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Valid Qatar driving license and own car (mandatory)</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in ERP sales, software sales, or business development is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Odoo ERP and its functionalities is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Tech-savvy with a passion for business automation solutions.</li><li>Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking software.</li></ul>What We Offer:Competitive salary + commission structureOpportunity to work on high-growth ERP projectsFlexible and performance-driven environmentJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeWork Location: In person
