We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Waitre to join our fine-dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong guest-handling experience, and the ability to provide exceptional service that aligns with fine-dining standards<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.</li><li>Present menus, explain dishes, and make knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.</li><li>Serve food and beverages professionally following fine-dining standards and service sequences.</li><li>Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently while maintaining a courteous attitude.</li><li>Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.</li><li>Upsell menu items, chef specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times</li></ul>Qulifications &amp;Skills<ul><li>Good knowledge of food, beverages, wine service, and fine-dining etiquette (training can be provided).</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-player mentality.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>BSC or Diploma in Hotel Management</li></ul>Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per monthWork Location: In person
