We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in catering transport operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of catering equipment, food, and staff to various locations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules for catering deliveries and staff movements.</li><li>Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of food, equipment, and materials to event locations.</li><li>Allocate vehicles and drivers according to operational and event requirements.</li><li>Monitor driver attendance, trip sheets, fuel consumption, and vehicle logs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and transportation regulations.</li><li>Coordinate closely with kitchen, operations, and event teams.</li><li>Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet readiness.</li><li>Handle urgent transport requirements and last-minute operational changes.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for deliveries and client site requirements.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in logistics coordination within a catering or food service company.</li><li>Strong knowledge of catering transport and event logistics.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License &ndash; Mandatory.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deliveries under tight deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
