Job Description:We are hiring a qualified Site Engineer with strong experience in Aluminium Systems, ACP Cladding, and Fa&ccedil;ade Works. The ideal candidate must have 3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in the Gulf and hold a valid UAE Driving License. This role requires excellent technical skills and the ability to manage and supervise site activities effectively.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage daily site operations related to aluminium systems, ACP cladding, curtain walls, doors, windows, glazing, and facade installations.</li><li>Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and material submittals.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards and HSE regulations.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.</li><li>Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements for ongoing works.</li><li>Solve on-site technical challenges and provide engineering solutions.</li><li>Manage manpower and ensure timely task completion.</li><li>Travel to various project sites as required (valid UAE Driving License is mandatory).</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of Gulf experience (mandatory).</li><li>Expertise in aluminium systems, ACP/facade installations, shop drawings, and installation methods.</li><li>Strong understanding of fa&ccedil;ade systems such as curtain walls, structural glazing, skylights, and louvers.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is an added advantage.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring timely and high-quality installation of aluminium fa&ccedil;ade systems. A valid driving license is mandatory, as the role requires travel between project sites.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily fa&ccedil;ade installation works, focusing on aluminium curtain wall and cladding systems.</li><li>Manage and coordinate site crews and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure installation complies with drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.</li><li>Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and logistics teams.</li><li>Monitor site progress and report updates or issues.</li><li>Handle site materials and ensure proper storage and installation sequencing.</li><li>Inspect completed work and ensure high-quality finishes.</li><li>Enforce HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) regulations on site.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fa&ccedil;ade installation, specifically with aluminium systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of aluminium curtain wall, unitized panels, ACP cladding, or similar systems.</li><li>Proven experience leading teams on construction sites.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, fa&ccedil;ade elevations, and installation details.</li><li>Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.</li><li>Valid driving license (mandatory) and ability to commute to various job sites.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Technical certification or diploma in construction, architecture, or fa&ccedil;ade engineering.</li><li>Knowledge of fa&ccedil;ade access systems, lifting equipment, and installation tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
