Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Facade Estimator with strong working knowledge of Orgadata and expertise in aluminium systems. The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates for fa&ccedil;ade projects and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability.Key Responsibilities:* Prepare detailed fa&ccedil;ade cost estimates using Orgadata.* Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to develop precise take-offs.* Evaluate project specifications and materials, including aluminium systems such as Alumil, Gulf Extrusions, Gutman, and Technal.* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timelines.* Maintain and update cost databases, vendor pricing, and historical data.* Assist in tender preparation and bid submission.Requirements:* Proven experience as a fa&ccedil;ade estimator or similar role.* Proficiency in Orgadata (mandatory).* In-depth knowledge of aluminium systems: Alumil, Gulf Extrusions, Gutman, Technal.* Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and materials.* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.* Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Aluminium Estimator: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
