Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage site labor, subcontractors, and work activities.</li><li>Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.</li><li>Assign daily tasks to workers and monitor job completion and quality.</li><li>Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction site safety conditions.</li><li>Report daily progress, manpower, and material usage to the site engineer/project manager.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers for technical instructions, layout, and work sequences.</li><li>Control and monitor material usage to minimize wastage.</li><li>Ensure site rules and HSE regulations are strictly followed.</li><li>Assist in surveying, level marking, and alignment works where needed.</li><li>Identify site problems and inform the site engineer for solutions.</li><li>Manage site tools, machinery, equipment, and ensure proper maintenance.</li><li>Verify workmanship and compliance with Dubai Municipality construction requirements (if applicable).</li><li>Maintain worker discipline and attendance records.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years experience as a Foreman in UAE construction projects.</li><li>Knowledge of civil construction/structural works (villa, building, warehouse).</li><li>Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings.</li><li>Good leadership and team supervision skills.</li><li>Knowledge of material types, concrete works, blockwork, finishing works, etc.</li><li>Must have driving license.</li><li>Must have UAE experience (preferred).</li><li>28 to 35 years old</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
