 This role plays a key part in driving awareness, customer retention, and service loyalty through engaging, brand-aligned content. Working closely with the Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing team, and CPOV &amp; Aftersales marketing functions, the Social Media Executive ensures all content adheres to OEM guidelines, campaign objectives, and customer-centric messaging.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 1. Content Planning &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in developing and scheduling content calendars for CPOV, Auto Leasing, and Aftersales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to adapt creative materials for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all content complies with OEM and brand standards, maintaining consistency in tone and visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and review bilingual (Arabic/English) captions that are clear, engaging, and relevant.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Community Management &amp; Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor daily interactions across social media platforms, ensuring timely and brand-consistent responses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate leads, inquiries, and complaints to the CX or CRM teams for follow-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and leverage user-generated content, testimonials, and customer stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop interactive content such as polls, quizzes, reels, and stories to boost engagement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Campaign Execution &amp; Optimization
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the rollout of social media campaigns for offers, promotions, and service awareness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure timely publishing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Data Analyst and Social Media Manager to track performance metrics and optimize content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all activities contribute to KPIs such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and lead quality.
 </li>

 4. Insights, Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement
 
 
 <ul>

 Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports with key metrics and actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend new formats, influencer collaborations, or AI tools to enhance efficiency and visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized archives of published content and campaign reports.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>

 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in social media content or community management, preferably in automotive, service, or retail sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Customer Centricity:
 
 Understands customer needs and builds trust through relevant content.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaboration:
 
 Works effectively with internal teams and external partners.
 </li>

 Showroom Standards &amp; Product Knowledge:

 High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
 </li>

 Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
