About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dentist with a strong existing patient database in Fujairah. The ideal candidate should be skilled in delivering high-quality dental care, and capable of building long-term patient relationships that contribute to the growth of the clinic.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide a wide range of dental services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.</li><li>Utilize personal patient database to generate revenue and expand clinic&rsquo;s client base.</li><li>Ensure exceptional patient experience and maintain high standards of clinical excellence.</li><li>Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.</li><li>Collaborate with clinic management and staff to achieve the service goals.</li><li>Stay updated with latest advancements in dentistry and apply best practices.</li><li>Comply with UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) standards and regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid MOH license to practice in Fujairah.</li><li>Proven track record as a practicing dentist with an established patient base in Fujairah.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of clinical experience</li><li>Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to attract and retain patients</li><li>Fluent in Arabic &amp; English</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Supportive clinical environment with modern facilities.</li><li>Opportunity to grow and expand your practice in a reputable medical center with latest equipment and technology</li><li>Work in multi-specialty dental care clinic</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
