Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced and specialized Chapatti Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience in preparing high-quality chapatti, roti, and paratha in large quantities while maintaining consistency, softness, taste, and presentation standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and cook fresh chapatti, roti, and paratha according to company standards.</li><li>Expertly knead dough and manage dough consistency for different types of flatbreads.</li><li>Ensure chapattis and rotis are soft, properly cooked, and served fresh at all times.</li><li>Prepare parathas with proper layering, texture, and quality.</li><li>Maintain speed and consistency during peak operational hours.</li><li>Handle bulk production while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.</li><li>Monitor ingredient quality and report stock requirements when needed.</li><li>Keep the workstation clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.</li><li>Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Chapatti Maker / Roti Maker / Paratha Maker is mandatory.</li><li>Ability to prepare large quantities efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.</li><li>Good knowledge of dough preparation, resting, rolling, and cooking techniques.</li><li>Ability to maintain consistency in taste, size, softness, and quality.</li><li>Must be hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.</li></ul>Important Notes<ul><li>Local Hire Only with valid QID &amp; NOC.</li><li>Do NOT apply if you do not have direct experience as a Chapatti Maker.</li><li>Only experienced candidates specializing in chapatti, roti, and paratha preparation will be shortlisted.</li></ul>How to Apply: Submit your CV via Indeed or email: recruitments2025@outlook.com Wats App your CV on: +974 7003 3862Work Location: In person
