Job DescriptionWe are a well-established construction company in Qatar seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, coordination, and execution of high-value construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and extensive experience in GCC projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead architectural design development from concept to construction stage</li><li>Review, approve, and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), local authority regulations, and international standards</li><li>Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Provide technical guidance to junior architects and drafting teams</li><li>Attend client, consultant, and authority meetings and represent the company professionally</li><li>Monitor site progress and ensure architectural works are executed as per approved drawings</li><li>Identify design issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions</li><li>Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture</li><li>Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with significant exposure to GCC/Qatar projects</li><li>Proven experience in residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use construction projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of QCS, local authority approvals, and construction methodologies</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, and MS Office</li><li>Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines</li><li>Professional registration (MMUP/UPDA &ndash; preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>work: 10 years (Required)</li><li>Ashghal Projects : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
