Outdoor Marketing Executive &ndash; Auto Repair Shop* NEED UAE DRIVING LICENSEPosition Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our auto repair shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our repair and maintenance services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Customer Service:<ul><li>Proactively engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend appropriate services.</li><li>Generate sales by promoting repair, maintenance, and value-added services.</li><li>Provide accurate and transparent cost estimates to customers.</li></ul>2. Business Development:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and local businesses.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.</li></ul>3. Product Knowledge and Expertise:<ul><li>Maintain a strong understanding of the shop&rsquo;s services, products, and promotions.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle technologies, and competitors&rsquo; offerings.</li></ul>4. Administration and Follow-Up:<ul><li>Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records and customer data using the shop&rsquo;s CRM or other systems.</li><li>Address customer complaints or concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.</li></ul>5. Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and promotional events to attract new customers.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or service industry.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license may be required.</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented.</li><li>Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Team player with a collaborative approach.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive base salary plus commission.</li><li>Benefits package (as applicable).</li></ul>This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to the success of a growing auto repair shop while advancing their career in sales.Job Type: Full-time
