Key Responsibilities:Landscaping Works:<ul><li>Supervise softscape and hardscape activities</li><li>Coordinate installation of interlock, tiles, kerbstone, irrigation systems, and planting</li><li>Ensure proper soil preparation and leveling</li><li>Monitor plant quality and maintenance works</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors</li></ul>Concrete Pool Works:<ul><li>Supervise excavation and shuttering works</li><li>Monitor steel fixing and reinforcement as per drawings</li><li>Ensure proper concrete pouring and curing</li><li>Check waterproofing and finishing works</li><li>Coordinate MEP works related to pool (plumbing &amp; electrical)</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards</li></ul>General Responsibilities:<ul><li>Read and understand construction drawings</li><li>Manage labor and daily site activities</li><li>Maintain daily site reports</li><li>Ensure material availability and stock control</li><li>Follow safety regulations and company policies</li><li>Coordinate with project manager and consultants</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience in landscaping &amp; swimming pool construction</li><li>Knowledge of concrete works and site supervision</li><li>Ability to read drawings</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>UAE experience preferred</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of irrigation systems</li><li>Knowledge of pool finishing (tiles, mosaic, coping)</li><li>Basic knowledge of BOQ and material estimation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English &amp; Hindi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly capable Architect / Draughtsman who can produce precise structural and architectural drawings ranging from small custom frameworks&mdash;such as jacuzzi base structures&mdash;to large steel assemblies.The ideal candidate must be experienced in steel structure drafting, BOQ preparation, and 3D visualization, with the ability to deliver accurate, workshop-ready drawings.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create detailed steel structure drawings for small and large-scale projects</li><li>Prepare production and fabrication drawings, including assembly details</li><li>Develop accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs</li><li>Prepare steel cutting sheets optimized for workshop use</li><li>Generate quotations and cost estimates</li><li>Perform surface area calculations</li><li>Design custom architectural components as per project requirements</li><li>Create 3D models and renderings for client presentation and approval</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with engineering standards and fabrication feasibility</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and workshop teams</li><li>Update drawings based on site measurements and client feedback</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D &amp; 3D) (mandatory)</li><li>Experience in steel structure drafting and fabrication detailing (minimum 1&ndash;2 years)</li><li>Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / SolidWorks or similar 3D software</li><li>Ability to prepare BOQ, cutting sheets, and workshop drawings</li><li>Strong understanding of structural concepts and materials</li><li>High attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Language Requirement<ul><li>Must be fluent in Hindi and English</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Visa provided</li><li>Annual leave as per UAE labor law</li><li>Gratuity and Leave Salary as per the UAE labor law</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
