Job Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation &amp; Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing business. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in generating high-quality leads, executing email marketing.You will be responsible for identifying potential clients (primarily service-based businesses and real estate professionals in GCC &amp; USA markets), reaching out via email campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research and identify potential leads (real estate agents, brokers, developers, and service-based businesses)</li><li>Build and manage targeted email lists</li><li>Execute cold email outreach campaign</li><li>Handle lead nurturing and responses</li><li>Maintain Data on Google Sheets</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in lead generation or email marketing</li><li>Strong understanding of cold outreach strategies</li><li>Experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, or similar (preferred)</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul>Compensation (Commission-Based):<ul><li>Earn commissions per closed client</li><li>Performance-based incentives and bonuses</li><li>Unlimited earning potential (no cap)</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Fully remote work flexibility</li><li>Opportunity to work with international clients (GCC &amp; USA, UK)</li><li>Growth opportunity into a long-term, higher-paying role</li><li>Support with scripts, targeting strategy, and offers</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsWork Location: Remote
