The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.</li><li>Manage a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance and monitoring performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at the site.</li><li>Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and work schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for updates and issue resolution.</li><li>Monitor material usage and maintain inventory control at the site.</li><li>Ensure the highest quality standards in installation, fabrication, and finishing of GRP/fiberglass works.</li><li>Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in GRP or Fiberglass industry as a Supervisor.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fiberglass/GRP fabrication, installation, and finishing processes.</li><li>Good leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Should be able to join immediately.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering (preferred) or equivalent.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
