We Are Hiring: Senior Operations ManagerLocation: Qatar &ndash; Al Mutla Trading &amp; ContractingWe are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee our diverse contracting operations. This role is designed for a strong leader who can take ownership of multiple divisions, drive efficiency, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide leadership and direction across all company divisions:</li><li>General Contracting &amp; Construction (villas, refurbishments, finishing works).</li><li>Steel &amp; Metal Fabrication (gates, carports, fencing, cladding, handrails).</li><li>Aluminium &amp; UPVC Works (windows, doors, skylights, partitions, louvers).</li><li>Wood &amp; WPC Carpentry (interior doors, wardrobes, kitchens, decorative works).</li><li>Shades &amp; Outdoor Structures (car shades, pergolas, gazebos, tensile systems).</li><li>Electrical, Plumbing &amp; HVAC (MEP).</li><li>Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and estimation to execution and handover.</li><li>Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality delivery within budget and timelines.</li><li>Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team and project performance.</li><li>Review and approve tenders, quotations, BOQs, and financial forecasts.</li><li>Mentor and develop senior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.</li><li>Collaborate directly with company leadership on strategic initiatives and business expansion.</li><li>Represent the company at a senior level with clients, consultants, and partners.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>10&ndash;15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or project management within the contracting/construction industry.</li><li>Proven record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing diverse service areas.</li><li>Expertise in project costing, financial control, and strategic planning.</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership presence at executive level.</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license.</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Package:<ul><li>Senior executive-level salary + performance incentives.</li><li>Total package range: QAR 10,000 &ndash; 15,000, based on experience.</li><li>Housing and transport allowance as per company policy.</li><li>Opportunity to play a key role in the company&rsquo;s long-term leadership and strategic growth.</li><li>Professional and empowering work culture.</li></ul>Apply now by sending your CV to careers@almutla.qaJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
