We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and people-focused HR professional who can drive talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR compliance while aligning human capital strategies with business objectives.Position DetailsJob Title: Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) Location: United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources Experience Required: 5&ndash;10 Years (Managerial HR Experience Preferred) Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)Role OverviewThe HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete Human Resources function, including recruitment, policy development, performance management, compensation &amp; benefits coordination, employee relations, workforce planning, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of modern HR practices within the UAE business environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans</li><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for key talent acquisition</li><li>Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and workplace conflict resolution</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and company procedures</li><li>Design and monitor performance appraisal systems, KPI frameworks, and employee development plans</li><li>Coordinate payroll inputs, compensation structures, employee benefits, and leave administration</li><li>Create learning &amp; development initiatives, leadership programs, and succession planning strategies</li><li>Build employee engagement programs that strengthen workplace culture, productivity, and morale</li><li>Maintain HR records, reporting systems, and workforce analytics for management decision-making</li><li>Work closely with senior management on organizational planning and manpower budgeting</li><li>Implement HR digital transformation initiatives through ERP / HRMS systems</li><li>Promote company values, ethics, diversity, and a positive work environment</li></ul>Candidate Profile✔ MBA in Human Resource Management ✔ Strong knowledge of UAE employment regulations and HR compliance practices ✔ Proven leadership experience in HR operations and strategic workforce planning ✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills ✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally ✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities ✔ Experience in ERP / HRMS platforms will be a strong advantageWhy Join UsAt Namariq Group, we value leadership, professionalism, innovation, and employee growth.
