Role OverviewResponsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operations of a metals recycling facility. This includes overseeing health &amp; safety, environmental compliance, production goals, maintenance, quality control, inter-yard logistics, inventory accuracy, and budget adherence. This role leads supervisors and hourly staff, driving performance through Continuous Improvement and strategic coordination with Commercial, Environmental, and Safety teams.Operations &amp; Performance<ul><li>Oversee daily operations and maintenance across departments</li><li>Ensure production goals and monthly forecasts are met</li><li>Drive facility-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives</li><li>Assess equipment and subcontractor effectiveness</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Maintain accurate, compliant material inventory and documentation</li><li>Collaborate with Commercial &amp; Transportation teams on supply flow</li><li>Monitor quality specs to prevent customer claims and downgrades</li><li>Lead implementation of Quality Control programs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 5&ndash;10 years in scrap yard or heavy industrial operations</li><li>Education: College degree preferred (business or operations focus ideal)</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong leadership and analytical skills</li><li>Solid grasp of production management and inventory systems</li><li>Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards</li><li>Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, reporting tools)</li><li>Other: Qatar valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
